The following is a list of vital training needed for new-to-the-sector clerks. Ideally, you would cover the courses in the order listed, however course availability and priority will depend on what time of year you started in the role.

Each course is designed to take approximately 35-50 minutes to complete with a quiz at the end to test your knowledge. There is a pass rate of 80% required to achieve your certificate.
