West Northampton Parish Council was amazed to discover that its bank account had swollen to more than £6.4 million. The normal balance is less than £10,000.

A new town council for Northampton will be created on 1 April 2020 following an historic decision this evening by Northampton Borough Council (NBC).
The new council, which is set to be the largest community-level council in England, will have its first election of councillors on 7 May 2020. Its inaugural meeting will take place shortly thereafter.

The Northants CALC Street Lighting Conference & Exhibition shone a light on the whole world of lighting, from the chemistry used in bulb manufacture, through to the installation and maintenance of luminaires.

The countdown is on to the 2018 Northants CALC AGM and Conference, which is being held this Saturday, 6 October 2018, at Moulton Community Centre in Moulton.

The Litchborough office is closed today, Friday 2 March 2018, due to impassable local roads. Staff are working from home and have access to email so please get in touch that way. Normal service is expected to resume on Monday.
