Empowering Parish and Town Councils in Northamptonshire

Walk Ten Boughton House

Marie Curie Cancer Care gives people with all terminal illnesses the choice to die at home. Our nurses provide patients and their families with free hands-on care and emotional support, in their own homes, right until the end.

This year our 10k twilight walk, Walk Ten, comes to Northamptonshire and we're asking as many people as possible to walk 10k in support of our East of England Nursing Service at, Boughton House.

After completing the walk, settle down with your picnic and enjoy the festival-like celebrations with live music, entertainment and spectacular fireworks at 10pm, with 10pm being the time many Marie Curie Nurses start their night shift, caring for people with terminal illnesses and their families in their own homes.

Children under 16 can walk for free, with registration for adults costing £10 in advance, or £20 on the night. The evening starts at 5pm, with the walk beginning at 6pm, with route being pushchair friendly.
