Managing and Reducing Stress
Most people experience stress from time to time, and this isn't necessarily bad; stress is a natural response, but prolonged periods of stress can be harmful. There are many ways in which you can reduce or avoid stress, and if you are experiencing stress already, there are approaches you can follow to manage your stress most effectively.
This course helps to prevent, reduce, and manage stress levels, by providing a wide range of tools to deal with stress.
E-learning is not intended to replace our virtual/physical classroom training.

- Position in Council
- Email address
- The email address of the delegate must be unique to the delegate; it cannot be shared or the clerk's email address.
- Log in details MUST NOT be shared; anyone found abusing this rule will be removed from the e-learning platform permanently.
