West Northants Area Climate Summit

The Summit will provide an overview of the core climate change themes of Communication, Food and Biodiversity, along with guidance and tools for specific small, medium and large projects that local councils can implement. All delegates will be provided with an information pack containing copies of/links to guidance material and tools shared during the event.

The Summit will be the first step in a 5-year programme to develop and support projects aimed at mitigating the causes of climate change and implementing adaptation measures to deal with the effects of a changed climate. The programme will include development of a West Northants resources database and networking structure to support councils in their climate mitigation and adaptation activities.
